Common questions.

What lease terms are available?
Both part-time (specific days per week) and full-time room leases are available. Term lengths are flexible — we'll discuss what fits your practice during the tour.
What do practitioners bring vs. what's provided?
Provided: private room, shared reception & bookings, wifi, utilities, cleaning, parking, and website co-promotion. Practitioners bring their own modality-specific equipment, supplies, and any specialised tools. Treatment tables can be shared on request.
Who handles licensing and insurance?
Each practitioner is fully responsible for their own professional licensing, registration, and liability insurance in Nova Scotia. The clinic does not provide professional indemnity coverage to leaseholders.
Is parking really free for my patients?
Yes — 23 Lewis Drive has free on-site parking. Patients won't be hunting for meters or paying for the privilege of coming to see you.
Can I lease for just one or two days a week?
Absolutely. Part-time room use is common — it's how a lot of practitioners start. Days can usually be flexed as your practice grows.
